1. General Questions

How can I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Where are you based?

We’re a U.S.-based company, and all of our products are shipped directly from the United States. Our team is dedicated to delivering products with care, and we partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, wherever you are!

How to use?

Every album features our signature scratch-off film, which unveils the adventure, date, or challenge waiting for you and your family or loved ones. Use the included plastic scratchers to reveal the activity of your choice, or you can use a debit card or any smooth, hard-edged item to scratch off the challenge! 

 

Next to each activity, you’ll find helpful icons that give you a heads-up on what to expect and what you might need to prepare, such as location, cost, and more.

Do I have to do the adventures in order?

For the majority of our products, you're free to complete the challenges in any order you choose! While we provide a Table of Contents with recommendations, feel free to get spontaneous and use the "Helpful Hints" to guide you in selecting your next adventure.

Can these albums work for all couples and families?

Perfect for all ages and stages of life, our albums bring out the joy of shared experiences, no matter your dynamic. From romantic date nights to family adventures, these albums are for anyone ready to break free from routine.

 

Our albums are also entirely gender-neutral, making them suitable for any type of relationship. You can enjoy almost all of our offerings without needing to adjust pronouns or make changes.

What can I use for scratching?

To uncover your challenge, we recommend using the included white scratcher, a fingernail, a credit/debit card, or anything with a smooth, firm plastic edge.

 

Be sure to scratch slowly and gently at first!

 

We’ve found that coins and keys can damage the scratch-off material. Please note, if the book is scratched with a non-recommended item and gets damaged, it will not qualify for a replacement or claim.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. 

Where is my confirmation and/or tracking email?

After completing your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you don’t see it in your inbox, it might have landed in your spam folder. Please check all your folders before reaching out to us.

How to I ship to my apartment or unit?

If you're shipping to an apartment or unit, please be sure to use the second line of the address field for your apartment or unit number. This will ensure that your full address is correctly included for delivery!

How long does shipping take?

If the item(s) are in stock, your order will usually ship within 1-3 business days.

The shipping timeframes listed below are estimates provided by the carriers and may change due to potential delays.

 

Estimated Shipping Timeframes:

  • Standard Free: Typically 3-5 business days in transit
  • Expedited: Typically 2-3 business days in transit
  • Priority: Typically 1-2 business days

All our items ship from the U.S.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Standard shipping is always free of cost!

Where is my tracking information?

After your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to keep you updated on its status. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam folder!

What if my order is marked as delivered but I did not receive it?

Don’t worry! This happens more often than you'd think, and there are a few steps you can take:

  • Wait 2-3 days for it to arrive, as delivery scans can update before the package actually reaches its final destination.
  • If you're comfortable, check with neighbors or your building manager in case it was delivered to the wrong address.
  • Double-check your confirmation email to ensure the address you entered at checkout is correct.
  • Contact your local carrier office, as they will have the latest information on your shipment.

If your package still hasn’t arrived after 2-3 days and you’ve had no luck with your neighbors or the carrier, please contact us.

5. Returns/Refunds

Do you offer exchanges?

If your item qualifies for a return, we're here to help you initiate an exchange and get the new product into your hands!

How much does return cost?

For returns, you’ll receive a refund for the returned items, minus the original shipping and return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them at our warehouse.

 

You can expect to see the refund in your account within up to 10 business days after the return is delivered. Once the refund is processed, you'll receive an email confirmation for your records. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only, and we cannot refund to a different payment method.
